2. Domestic Shipping

Domestic shipping is available to all regions within the country of origin. We partner with reputable carriers to offer various shipping options, including standard and expedited delivery. Estimated transit times are as follows:
  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days from the date of dispatch (availability may vary by region)
Shipping carriers are selected based on efficiency, reliability, and coverage. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates for standard shipping, as transit times may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

3. International Shipping

International shipping is available to select countries and regions. Estimated transit times for international orders range from 6-21 business days, depending on the destination country, customs clearance processes, and selected shipping method. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We do not collect these fees at the time of purchase, and they will be assessed by the destination country’s customs office.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, international shipping restrictions, or carrier-related issues in the destination country. It is the recipient’s responsibility to ensure that the ordered items comply with the import regulations of their country.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order weight, destination, and selected shipping method. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We may offer free shipping promotions for orders that meet a specified minimum order value; details of such promotions will be clearly stated on the store at the time of the offer.

5. Order Tracking

Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after dispatch, depending on the carrier. If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours of order dispatch, please allow additional time for the carrier to process the tracking details.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please check your delivery location (including mailboxes, porches, or neighbor’s premises) before contacting us. In the event of a missing or lost order, please notify us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and resolve it promptly, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund at our discretion.
We are not responsible for orders that are lost or damaged due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase.

7. Undelivered Orders

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or failure to pay customs duties/taxes, we will notify you via email. You may choose to have the order re-shipped (at an additional shipping cost) or request a refund (excluding the original shipping cost). If we do not receive a response from you within 14 days of notification, the order will be considered abandoned, and a refund (excluding shipping costs) will be issued automatically.

8. Changes and Cancellations

Once an order has been processed and dispatched, we cannot make changes to the shipping address or cancel the order. If you need to modify your order or shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order; we will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed.
